The First CMM-MOP Mathematical Modeling Workshop will be held between 6-8 september 2016, organized by the Center for Mathematical Modeling (CMM)/NLHPC at the Faculty of Physical and Mathematical Sciences of Universidad de Chile and will include talks by members of the Center for Climate and Resilience Research (CR2).
The workshop aims to bring together CMM and Ministry of Public Works efforts, and to strengthen capacities and advanced competencies –towards a far-reaching vision in some strategic areas of responsability of the Ministry– that can be used on updating, modeling and planning of resilient infrastructure and of decreasing water resources in Chile.
